Both parties have reaffirmed the ‘business as usual’ message. IBM will maintain Red Hat’s headquarters in Raleigh, and its facilities, brands and practices, with Red Hat operating as a distinct unit within IBM – its unwavering commitment to open source will remain unchanged.
