TWI will host the launch on behalf of the Cambridge Business Week organising committee, and will welcome the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, the Rt Hon Dr Vince Cable MP, Cambridge MP Dr Julian Huppert and local figurehead Dr David Cleevely CBE to its laboratories to meet with entrepreneurs and business leaders and to share in the outstanding accomplishments of the Cambridge Cluster.

Cambridge Business Week builds on an initiative started in 2012, to bring together Cambridge’s buzzing business community and to spark enthusiasm for new ideas through a series of science and technology events and awards ceremonies. The Business Weekly Business Awards will be held at Queens’ College, Cambridge on Tuesday 19 March 2013. The Cambridge News Business Excellence Awards takes place at King’s College, Cambridge on Thursday 21 March 2013.

TWI is the sponsor of the Cambridge News Business Excellence Awards, ‘Technology Engineering in International Markets’ category. The winner of the category will be announced during Cambridge Business Week and the award presented at King’s College on Thursday 21 March 2013.
