After taking the crown as Regional Marketing Recruitment Agency of the Year in last year’s awards, the expanding agency has been named as a finalist in a remarkable three categories. This year sees Brand in the running for the Best Regional Agency, the Best Medium-Sized Agency and for the Best Candidate Experience Award.
The MARAs attract entries from the most established marketing recruitment agencies, and last year the Brand team was very pleased to fight off competition from larger agencies with more resources in the Regional category, and hope to emulate this success in each of the three categories.
“Naturally we hope to retain the crown as the Best Regional Marketing Recruitment Agency, yet also feel we are a strong contender for the Medium-Sized Agency,” explains Ursula Colman of Brand, “however, we do feel that perhaps the area in which we have made the biggest advances is the Candidate Experience.”
“By formalising our Candidate Engagement Team which is headed up by Victoria Kelly, we feel that we are able to provide candidates with the highest level of service, and in turn be able to offer clients the widest choice of motivated, qualified candidates. The CET has made massive progress in bolstering our social media presence, and the feedback from candidates about our level of contact has been so positive we really feel we are in line to win this award.”
She goes on to add that this will be the last year Brand will be eligible for the Best Medium and Best Regional Marketing Recruitment Agency awards as the company is expanding into new areas. “We are currently based in Cambridge yet are expanding with a second office in the west of our region in order to provide firms in Berkshire and Oxfordshire with the best possible marketing recruitment services.”
