Carol Cheung promoted to Principal at Cambridge Innovation Capital

Cambridge Innovation Capital (CIC), the venture capital investor enabling visionaries to build global, category-leading companies in the Cambridge ecosystem, is delighted to announce that Carol Cheung has been promoted to Principal within the CIC investment team.

Prior to joining CIC as an Associate in 2016, Carol served as Commercial Director of Speechmatics, a Cambridge-based start-up providing cloud-based speech recognition, following earlier roles in a variety of early-stage tech companies in the UK. Carol holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and is a CFA charterholder.

Since joining CIC, Carol’s work has focused on the Company’s range of exciting technology investments, including managing CIC’s investment in Cytora and Geospock.
