Philip, the 2021 Insider Central and East of England Dealmaker of the Year, has nearly 20 years’ experience advising entrepreneurial mid-market businesses on company sales, acquisitions, valuations, strategic reviews, and fundraising projects. He joined PEM Corporate Finance as assistant director in 2017.
Marking this milestone, Philip said:

Lake Falconer will continue focusing on what he enjoys and does best – working with business owners to achieve their goals and leading M&A, buyout and business valuation assignments. He added:

We have worked on many significant transactions over the years, more recently completing the sales of X-on, Cambridge Bioscience, Young Calibration, and the MBO of Titan.
