Impact Women’s Network, co-founded by Shima Barakat and Cofinitive's Faye Holland, is a network of female professionals united in raising the public visibility of impactful women and instigating even greater change together.
The conference will tackle a range of subjects including environment, policy, health, community and education. The event format will be lightning talks from some truly inspirational women, with delegate-led sessions to determine approaches delegates can take individually and collectively to intensify their impact on the given topics.
There will alsoi be a range of 'show and tells' over an extended lunch period to allow delegates to see and think differently.
Faye Holland said, "The agenda focuses around four key themes with lightning talks: short, to the point, highlighting key issues and challenging delegates with new ideas to take into interactive workshops. And, as we have the ability and responsibility to influence public policy, we will be discussing next steps to influence decision makers at local, national and global levels."
