The Rotary Club of Cambridge is organising the event, ‘A Syrian Experience’ which is taking place on Thursday (8 June) from 7.30pm at Freemasons’ Hall, Bateman Street.
The evening will feature traditional Syrian music, dance and stories, along with a buffet supper and speakers.
Money raised will go to ShelterBox – a charity which delivers aid including shelter and tools to families in Syria and in refugee camps, to help them rebuild homes and communities.
