Courses are aimed at managers - and those who support them

Whether you are a leader looking to improve your management skills, or are in a vital supporting role, forthcoming courses from Cambridge Network's Learning Collaboration will help you improve your capabilities.

Transition to Leadership on Monday 14 & Tuesday 15 March  (a host venue is sought) is an interactive, reflective and highly practical course, leading to concrete actions to achieve success through positive and engaging leadership behaviours.

Promotion makes us managers - but often with no man management experience or training. We sink or swim and our people sink or swim with us. Some of us are good at 'getting it done', but what damage may we cause along the way?

We all have our own natural leadership style, but unless we are aware of it we will be unable to flex when required, and the morale and resilience of the team will be negatively affected.

This two day event is designed to highlight what is important, what you currently 'measure up to' and where you can change to ensure greater leadership success.

Minute taking with Confidence  on Thursday 17 March (a host venue is also sought) is a single day workshop that will help you to prepare, produce and polish minutes with confidence. It is designed for delegates at all levels.

The workshop includes both writing skills and interpersonal techniques, such as working seamlessly with the chair. It will also build the confidence you need to take control and elicit the information you need to write excellent minutes.
