Courses focus on sales management and digital marketing

Cambridge Network's Learning Collaboration offers two courses this month which could help your business to get in front in sales and marketing.

More has changed in marketing in the last two years than in the previous fifty.

Taking Sales Management to the next level on Wednesday 18 March 2015 (a host venue is sought) is a one day course focused on providing a range of practical tools, techniques and approaches that you can start to implement with immediate effect to improve your whole sales team.

Often in a sales team there are top, middle and low performers and what can happen is that the majority of the manager’s time is spent trying to move the low performers up, rather than focusing on the middle and top performers. What impact would it have if you could make your mid-level and top performers 10% better? How much impact would that have on revenues/profitability?

The following day, Thursday 19 March,  Introduction to Digital Marketing takes place at PA Consulting (Cambridge Technology Centre Melbourn HERTS SG8 6DP). At the end of the course delegates will

  • Appreciate the development of digital marketing and how it’s changing everything we do
  • Relate digital marketing techniques to the basic principles of marketing
  • Develop an awareness of the digital impact on each element of the Marketing Mix
  • Understand the ‘customer journey’
  • Understand the range of tools available for digital marketing and how they can be implemented.
