As well as winning the prestigious Corporate Law Firm of the Year award, the firm also picked-up the fiercely competitive Deal of the Year award for advising on a private equity investment deal for national emergency glass and lock company, Evander Group.
The corporate team was commended for its work over the last 12 months on the investment in Weetabix by China’s Bright Food, and a joint venture between a consortium of world-leading scientific institutes to pave the way for the development of a new generation science park in Norwich.
Nick Fischl, who led on the Evander deal, was joined at the awards by fellow partners Zak Virgin, Anthony McGurk, James Hunter; senior solicitors Nicholas Crisp, Simon Warburton, Emma Keen; and solicitor Hannah Aldous.
