Light Up EACH Life ran from 1-9 December, with a range of events and online activities taking place to celebrate the lives of children and families EACH cares for and has cared for in the past.
Events got underway with a successful supporter evening hosted at Anstey Hall in Cambridge and a Yuletide concert featuring Sing! Choirs. Buildings and landmarks across East Anglia also joined in the campaign by lighting up in EACH’s colours of purple and orange. Those involved were St Andrew’s Street Baptist Church, where the concert took place, the Grafton and the Guildhall, outside which there were performances by dance group 4th Dimension and the Cambridge Band, the Fitzwilliam Museum, the Mathematical Bridge, the Guildhall, Emmanuel College and the Corpus Clock, all in Cambridge, plus the Town Hall and Custom House in King’s Lynn.
Polly West, EACH Cambridgeshire Community Fundraiser, said: “We’d like to say a huge thank you to each and every person who supported our Light Up EACH Life campaign, all the buildings and landmarks that lit in EACH colours, Anstey Hall for their kind hospitality for our supporter event, Sing! Choirs for their amazing performance, our event sponsors and, of course, an extra shout out for our wonderful volunteers. We’re so grateful to every person who got involved and helped us raise awareness of the work we do.
“Our Light Up EACH Life Sensory Wall is still open, so please do go and leave a message on there if you haven’t already. Your words will join those of EACH Ambassador Ed Sheeran, who kindly left a message for EACH families.
“On behalf of everyone at EACH, I’d like to wish all our supporters a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Thank you for helping us provide vital care and support for families at this special time of year.”

EACH would like to thank the generous sponsors of Light Up EACH Life - Cambridge Scaffolding, EPS Properties, Scudamore’s, Eversheds Sutherland and NP Architects. The campaign was also supported by Sookio and Pro Event Hire.
