Enhance your people skills with the Learning Collaboration

Good business practice demands the ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with people at all levels. Upcoming courses from Cambridge Network's Learning Collaboration will help you learn, respectively, how to handle conflict, and the gentle art of persuasion.

Handling Conflict on 4th July acknowledges that when conflict occurs, it can have a far-reaching impact on motivation and performance. Conflict can break down relations and damage trust - and in some cases may require skillful intervention to resolve the situation.

Managers who have an understanding of how to avoid and manage conflict situations can help maintain harmony and achieve greater team effectiveness.  This one-day programme looks at the main strategies of conflict and typical behaviours that should be managed to help reduce both the frequency and impact of conflict.
