Evolve is expanding

After a year of unprecedented demand for counselling support, Evolve is looking for more new counsellors to work with their clients.  Counsellors will work with both charitable and business clients, supporting their staff and providing mental health training and support as businesses try to find a new 'normal' after the upheaval of the pandemic.

Counselling professionals who are level 4 qualified and have a minimum of 200 hours' post qualification experience are being invited to join Evolve as a counselling member.  Evolve has always offered flexible working and members can choose their own hours (between 1 and 10 per week) and build their private practices while contributing to an important and established local charity.

Evolve also helps with ICO registration, DBS, safeguarding, health & safety and data protection training as well as providing subsidised CPD so is a good start for anyone looking to operated in a professional and ethical way.  Members also benefit from being part of a community of like-minded professionals and a network of professional counsellors, something which has been invaluable during the challenges of the past 18 months.
