Form the Future needs your help

Form the Future, a social enterprise operating across Cambridgeshire, linking schools with local businesses to get young people ready for work, has just won a contract which comes with new funding - £75,000 - but there's a catch: the organisation needs to raise £7,500 in match funding before this Friday (May 5th)!

This funding will be used to deliver employability skills training in local schools, more enterprise days to encourage entrepreneurship, and also support for children who are struggling to gain work experience.

The team says: "This funding is in jeopardy, as the only way for us to trigger it is for us to secure at least £7,500 from businesses or philanthropic individuals - by Friday May 5th! Some of Cambridge's leading employers have pledged already and so have teachers, mentors and other volunteers - all because they believe strongly in the value of the work we do.

"If you can help us reach our target, it will give us over £80,000 to support an under-funded area in our financially-strapped Cambridgeshire schools."
