Talk Title: Input-Storage-Output: making choices for intelligent optimised heating
Synopsis
Galu's talk will discuss the generic approach to heating systems where through super-efficient insulation, it becomes viable to store energy for re-use in heating later. By designing accumulator tanks that can take in any form of input energy source, such as biomass boilers, heat pumps, solar thermal or gas, one has a system that can be optimised or even automated as desired. It is argued that intelligent choices and storage will be the future of automated heating systems.
