COVID SAFETY

The organisers say:

As we are sure visitors can appreciate, it is difficult to plan for an event where guidelines are not fully in place. Therefore we are planning for a socially distanced day with all events taking place outdoors.  Should it be possible to relax measures closer to the event, we shall do so.

Additional key safety measures will also include:

  • We are providing sufficient space and systems to allow for 2m social distancing from people not in their household or bubble (if still needed).

  • We encourage people to pre-book events wherever possible and pre-booking is required for some activities.

  • There may be one-way and queuing systems in certain areas.

  • Face coverings may be required in certain areas.

  • There will be plenty of additional hand washing facilities and cleaning systems.

We shall continue to pay close attention to government guidance, the progress of the roadmap and review our plans and pledge to continue to keep people updated.
