For the second year running, Omobono’s work on an Employee Referral Program for a global professional services business has made the shortlist for Best Internal Audience Campaign at the B2B Marketing Awards – the most significant awards in the B2B arena. The campaign has already won the ERE.net Recruiting Excellence Award in 2009, 2011 and 2012 for Best Employee Referral Program and with submissions to the B2B Marketing Awards increasing by 20% from 2011, being nominated again in 2012 is a fantastic achievement.
The Employee Referral Program has also been shortlisted for Best Internal Recruitment Communications at the Recruitment Business Awards – held in Manchester, and Best Digital Employee Communication at the Digital Impact Awards. It’s rare for a single campaign to be shortlisted for three awards, so fingers are firmly crossed for some golds of their own.
Omobono also picked up two further nominations for the Digital Impact awards for their work on building a global platform for sustainable business development. The work has been shortlisted for Best Use of Digital by Professional Services and Best Use of Digital Communication as Part of an Integrated Campaign.
The final nominations are for their work with Syngenta on social intranets for global employee engagement, which has been shortlisted for Excellence in Technology at the Melcrum SCM Awards and Supporting Credit Unions for Legal & General, which has been shortlisted for Best Corporate Social Responsibility at the Financial Services Forum Awards for Marketing Effectiveness.
Ben Dansie, CEO of Omobono, said “These awards come from a year that has continued to see not only growth in our own business but that of our clients. As a service business we rely on helping our clients outperform their competitors and the hugely challenging economic conditions. That they are prospering and growing is fantastic and we dedicate these awards to them. Mobots all round.”
With a lucky seven nominations, Omobono look to continue the success of 2011 when they won Gold at the Transform Awards for ‘Best Rebrand of a Digital Property’ for their work with Ocean Sky. Here’s hoping they can bring home a few more awards for the mantelpiece in 2012.
Congratulations to all who were nominated and good luck for the ceremonies!
