Kelly Haston is hired as Green Energy Options’ Internal Recruitment Manager.

Green Energy Options (GEO) are based in Cambridge, United Kingdom and specialise in the design, manufacture and support of innovative energy management display and information systems for domestic markets across Europe and Australasia.

Kelly Haston FIRP DipRP is an experienced, industry renowned recruitment professional and is recognised as a local, reputable provider of internal recruitment management resources. Kelly will be tasked to utilise her innovative and holistic approach to recruitment and apply herself as GEO’s Internal Recruitment Manager.

As part of this relationship and having previously worked in this role, Kelly will provide internal recruiting solutions which will blend seamlessly with GEO’s existing internal recruiting model.

Furthermore, Kelly’s objectives will be to build targeted talent communities for GEO’s critical niche skills with focus to source, qualify, interview and submit skilled talent to fulfil requirements in hard-to-find areas, while improving the overall sourcing process at GEO.

In addition, Kelly will be working closely with GEO to develop their employer branding strategy and will oversee the renovation of their career page to attract, retain and excite new talent towards the organisation.
