Caroline joined us from regional firm Roythornes where she was a litigation partner. Caroline is predominantly based at our Peterborough office but also works out of our London and Cambridge offices.
Caroline qualified as a Solicitor in 1998 and specialises in property disputes with a focus on commercial and agricultural Landlord and Tenant work. She has extensive experience in lease renewals, recovery of rent and service charge, breach of covenant claims and dilapidations disputes and also disputes concerning land such as rights of way and other easements, adverse possession, drainage, restrictive covenants and boundary issues.
In the agricultural sector Caroline has over 13 years’ experience in dealing with agricultural tenancies particularly those regulated by the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 and Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995. Caroline also has experience of trust and probate disputes concerning land and property. She has acted and continues to act for a wide variety of clients including companies with many hundreds of properties to manage and individuals with significant property interests.
Caroline is a tenacious but pragmatic lawyer who focuses on resolving disputes in the way that is the best for her clients, taking into account their business or personal needs and objectives. Her focus is being accessible and reactive when problems arise and at all times making clients feel at ease but confident that their case is in safe hands.
