Highlights from the 6th Cambridge Information & Intellectual Property Meeting

The 6th Cambridge Information and IP Meeting took place on Wednesday 9th March at the Trinity Centre, Cambridge Science Park. Originally planned for December 2021, the postponement led to greater confidence in attending an in-person event, and nearly 30 speakers, exhibitors and attendees were able to take part. It was great to meet and talk in person at last!

Special thanks go to Isla Furlong, Rob Mann, Carsten Richter, Kerry Rees, Claudia Duffy and Anne Jones for their excellent and thought-provoking presentations.  Continuing the CIIPM breadth, we learnt about disclosure and filing IPRs strategically in a rapidly growing field, how to navigate IP and information issues in complex supply chains, about digitalisation and getting the IP portfolio investment ready.  We swapped views from different industries from semiconductors to animal health.

The afternoon meeting ended with a drinks reception, allowing everyone to mingle with friends and colleagues old and new.

Thank you to our sponsors, Minesoft, Patsnap and CAS for their support of CIIPM meetings and training courses.
