As well as the potential advantage of on-site training for your own staff, you'll be compensated for hosting an open calendar course, which - as the name implies - will involve delegates from other local companies. Feedback suggests this is an added bonus for both host organisation and participants, enabling all to make new contacts and build networks of like-minded people from different sectors.
Hosts need to be able to provide a suitable room for up to 12 people plus a trainer for the duration of the course; and provide refreshments during the day and a light lunch. Your premises also need to be easily accessible, ideally with parking available for all delegates attending the course.
