The Network has just renewed its CPD accreditation to run until 2021 and is currently sending annual company CPD certificates to participating members.
The Learning Collaboration offers 20 accredited courses including:
- Transition to management
- Effective communication
- Introduction to project management
- Train the trainer.

Individuals who complete an accredited course earn a CPD point for every hour of training, proving that they value the opportunity to keep their knowledge and skills up to date. As such, CPD is beneficial for employees’ career progression and advancement.
For employers, CPD ensures that professional standards are high and consistent, maximising staff potential and enabling best practice to be shared.
“The purpose of CPD is to ensure people keep learning, whether that’s to enhance current skills or to develop new ones,” says Sarah Gleadell, the Network’s Head of Learning and Development.
