Bailey Fisher was engaged by ARHC’s CEO, Lynn Morgan, to manage the search, resulting in the appointment of Isabel Napper, a highly skilled lawyer, business leader, Non-executive director and charity trustee.
As a former Partner and Head of Technology at Mills & Reeve in Cambridge, Isabel has more than 25 years’ experience of advising clients across technology and healthcare, in both public and private sector, leading on business development and managing regulatory issues, governance, risk and strategic change. Isabel is currently Non-executive director of Scientific Digital Imaging plc; Health Enterprise East and the Eastern Academic Health Science Network; and sits on the Board of Trustees for the charity Emmaus.
ARHC opened its state of the art new facility last year, following six years of extensive growth from a team of fewer than 10 people fundraising for an NHS hospice, transitioning to become an independent hospice employing a team of 160. In recognition of this, the Hospice won the Allia Award for Social Entrepreneurship at the Cambridge News Business Excellence Awards earlier this year, and Lynn Morgan was awarded the Biomed Realty Trust Award for Business Person of the Year.
