Commenting on her new appointment at KISS, Shona said: “This is an exciting opportunity and I am looking forward to joining KISS. I have been involved with small companies experiencing rapid growth, including Vega UK plc and Freeserve, as well as working with large multinationals such as BP and Morgan Stanley which should enable me to support KISS’s step change in business growth.”
Simon Fryer, CEO at KISS said: “Shona brings a great combination of skills and experience to the senior KISS team. Our key driver for creating this new role within the Group is to help manage the growth we have experienced and to better support our current customers. Shona is a heavyweight director with a proven track record in commercial and financial direction and will be working alongside me and the agency’s Finance & Administration Manager, Liz Wainwright.
Earlier in the year, KISS was named in Business Weekly’s Cambridge Business Leaderboard as one of a handful of visionary companies that are acting as pathfinders to better times. The agency joined 26 other strategic pioneers in Cambridge differentiating themselves from their competitors by identifying new business models and innovative ways of working. In the last 12 months KISS have worked very hard to win the business of recent AIM quoted companies IXICO and Cambridge Cognition as well as Bayer CropScience, TTP, Bidwells, SBRI Healthcare, PraxisUnico, BlinkPipe, and Snap-on Industrial.
