Alistair will be responsible for overseeing all creative output from the agency, reporting into Managing Director Sarah Reakes.

With over 18 years’ industry experience and numerous creative awards under his belt, Alistair has held several senior agency positions including Creative Partner at The Gate, Executive Creative Director at DraftFCB and Publicis.

The hire follows the expansion of KISS's London offices last year as it continues to cement its reputation in the ‘golden triangle’ of London, Cambridge and Oxford.

With client experience including Department of Health and Education, Post Office, O2, Coca-Cola, Oreo and Tesco, Alistair’s appointment adds a wealth of impressive brand experience to the team to complement our strong specialisms in the science, technology and education sectors.

Commenting on his appointment, Alistair said: “Most agencies are struggling to stay relevant in today’s market. KISS are entrepreneurial, commercially savvy and likeable; key criteria which attracted me to join forces with them.”

New role for Richard Bland

Current Creative Director and co-founder Richard Bland will step into a new role as Executive Creative Director, reporting into CEO Simon Fryer. Richard will remain on the KISS board with a remit to drive and develop new business opportunities and act as a creative ambassador for the agency.

The KISS team has grown rapidly in the past six months with new hires in its PR, Social Media and Account Service teams following a number of new business wins at the fast-growing agency.

Managing Director at KISS, Sarah Reakes added: “The combined hire of Alistair, with his proven track record of delivering creative, multi-platform campaigns alongside this newly created role for Richard sets our agency apart from the competition. With a number of exciting client wins in the past year across our technology, science and education specialisms, we’re excited about delivering further growth in 2017.”
