Laptops4Learning campaign launched to provide schools with tech

The latest lockdown has demonstrated more than ever that it’s imperative schools, councils, charities and learners in general have access to laptops and PCs. Can you help Veritas Digital Services’ Laptops4Learning campaign and donate redundant devices?

Veritas Digital Services offers Laptops4Learning, a service for both those with redundant technology and those in need of affordable technology.

The two requirements are merged to produce sustainable and affordable devices for educational needs in schools, councils and charities. The service includes securely erasing data with certification.

Veritas Digital Services are pleased to already be working with the High Sheriff of Bedfordshire and have supplied around 500 laptops and tablets into schools across Bedfordshire. Laptops4Learning is now launched in Cambridgeshire, and is asking local companies to donate their technology to help Cambridgeshire schools and charities.

VDS Founder Sue Gowling and Chris Tooley, Principal of Netherhall School, Cambridge, explain how the campaign has started to bridge the education and digital divide:
