Learn about the practice of Project Management

Are you sometimes called upon to manage projects? Learn how to develop good Project Management practice at a course next month organised by Cambridge Network's Learning Collaboration.

The one-day workshop, Project Management for Non Project Managers, which takes place on Thursday April 23rd at Sentec Ltd (5 The Westbrook Centre, Milton Road, Cambridge CB4 1YG), is intended for people who don’t normally manage projects.

It aims to equip participants with the knowledge, skill and understanding of how to manage their projects more successfully, with instruction, models, practical exercises and discussion opportunities on topics such as:

  • Understanding the nature of project work
  • The project management process and the role of Project Manager
  • The planning tools and how to manage risk
  • Managing others who don’t report to you.
