Learn how to make the most of your data

Data data data. Most of us collect it, some of us report on it, but how many of us can really say we are making the most out of it?

It might just be the most overused quote in marketing, but with the rise of social media and digital metrics, John Wanamaker’s statement that “Half the money I spend on advertising is wasted; the trouble is I don’t know which half” may have had its day. Increasingly, as Marketing Professionals, we are asked to prove the results and ROI of how we spend our time and, more importantly, our budgets. For start-ups short on both, it’s vital that resources are spent where they will have the greatest effect.

The data is all there, if anything there’s too much of it! From social media to google analytics, 3rd party tools and integrated reports, we have reems of data at our fingertips, but we don’t always have the time, or the knowledge, to make it work for us.

Come along to Allia Future Business Centre Cambridge on Tuesday 28 February to find out how you can improve your use of data.

This free session, conducted by Rob Welsby, a digital marketing specialist and speaker from leading agency ‘Further’, will offer tips and short-cuts to creating your own data-led digital strategy – and tracking the results.

Rob will take you through the process step by step, using live case studies from the Future Business Centre to illustrate how teachings apply to real life business decisions.

There’s no ‘sell’ just practical tips and advice which will be tailored for you during this informal event.

The session will be followed by the opportunity to have a brief one-to-one surgery to help provide you with the solutions you are seeking – solutions that are scalable for growth.
