Biography

Francis is a Director of Turquoise International, a merchant bank specialising in Energy and the Environment. Turquoise is a founder member of Turquoise Capital LLP, a seed-stage investor, and acts as fund manager to the Low Carbon Innovation Fund. Francis previously worked at Close Brothers, RBS and Merrill Lynch.
