The agency based in Norwich and Cambridge underwent an complete review and transformation process at the end of 2021 to enable its next phase of growth.
Agency Director Mark Merrywest says "We had a chance to move to focus on an industry that we love and so we took it. We have learnt so much more already about the needs of the industry just by taking the time and energy to get to know our clients in more depth."
One such aspect has developed the company's integrated marketing approach further specifically to help direct and midweek bookings, the biggest challenge hotels face.
Mark adds "We have created a bank of resources and guides which are about general hotel marketing, but we are now delving into this further to create the 'Midweek Club' to really hone in on this area."
