The Marshall Group has a long history of supporting people and businesses in Cambridgeshire, and now, Marshall Centre wants to do its part to support innovation and growth within the wider business community.

Marshall Centre is launching free bi-weekly business clinics for business leaders who want to tackle their barriers to growth. This often requires creative problem solving and that can be difficult to do when teams spend too much time working on problems in silos. One way to super-charge creativity and innovation is to bring a diverse group of professionals together to work collectively on solving barriers to growth.

Marshall Centre invites you to join them in person at their beautiful Cambridge office for a few hours of creative problem solving every rwo weeks. Businesses can join in to expand their network and workshop their barriers to growth to ensure that you leave every session with one or more action to implement.

Marshall Centre says: "As we are running these sessions bi-weekly, we can help your business reflect on its progress and ensure you stay on track. Whether your business has been impacted by the pandemic, you’re just starting out, or struggling to cope with the pace of change due to digitisation, no problem is too big or too small for our HiveMind of experts.

"Our clinic is open to all businesses, so feel free to share this news with your networks. Transform your business from a good place to work to a great place to innovate!
