Employee-owned product development consultancy, Team Consulting, has launched a new brand identity. The medical device focused company has been active in the local area for the last 30 years. Now based at the Abbey Barns business campus in Ickleton, the company has developed into a world-leading medical device consultancy with over 110 employees today.
The company's new brand identity, builds on the foundations of its existing identity, with a clear, concise and confident look and feel. The company is moving towards using a monochrome colour palette to allow its work, its people and its expertise to be centre stage.

Just over a year ago, the company transferred into an employee-owned trust, making every employee effectively an owner and partner. Rather than creating a metric-driven environment, the company aspires to evolve into a group of employee-owners that truly care about the work they do.
