Judges were impressed by how Mills & Reeve highlighted key issues around the new technology and came up with solutions to advance development and inform new regulation in the UK and Europe.
The FT Innovative Lawyers Awards is one of the top legal rankings in Europe. It covers in-depth the work of individual Europe-based law firms and their contribution to the wider economy, highlighting fresh thinking and innovative practice. This year the awards received over 600 submissions with 30 per cent more law firms submitting, making competition fiercer than ever.
This accolade comes just a week after Mills & Reeve won most innovative workplace initiative at The Lawyer's Business Leadership Awards for its new London office, Monument Place. The judges were impressed at how the firm used the move to completely reimagine its working environment with a host of innovative changes designed to promote agile working.
