Mills & Reeve on the move in London

Mills & Reeve is moving to a new London office.

The firm is moving to Monument Place in Monument Street from its existing office in Fountain House, Fenchurch Street and will be operational in the new building by Monday 28 September.

The firm is well known for its highly-regarded London insurance team but also has a growing international private wealth offering based in the City focusing on high-net worth individuals, professionals and entrepreneurs looking for wealth protection, succession planning, tax and family law advice.

With 20% of the firm’s work now international - a figure that continues to rise – the London office will be crucial in helping to grow the global client base. It will also act as a hub for clients from Mills & Reeve’s other key sectors – technology, real estate investment, food and beverage, sport, health and care, education, agribusiness and charities.

Justin Ripman, Mills & Reeve senior partner, said: “Our new business plan, 2020 Vision, will specifically focus around our clients, our people and our market position. The move to Monument Place certainly reflects the importance of those three strands.”

Neil Davis, head of both the London office and the firm’s insurance sector, added: “Location-wise we’re still close to our insurance clients, a crucial part of our business, but the move will also provide a catalyst for growing other parts of our client base and help attract the very best people to work for us.”
