More STEP success for Greenwoods Solicitors LLP’s Private Client team

Clare Threlfall, a senior solicitor in the Private Client team at Greenwoods Solicitors LLP has passed the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Diploma in Trusts & Estates, with distinction.

The Diploma is recognised within the industry as the benchmark qualification for those working in the field of trusts and estates. It is awarded to candidates on the successful completion of four examinations in trust and estate administration, taxation and accounts.

Full STEP membership provides a hallmark of quality for practitioners in this field and allows Clare to use the designation 'TEP' after her name.

Clare works from Greenwoods’ Cambridge office, offering clients the assurance of access to a highly qualified trust and estate solicitor, alongside head of department Tim Addinell.

Commenting on her achievements Clare said "The STEP Diploma is such a worthwhile and practical course which has further strengthened my professional knowledge. I am very proud to have gained the diploma and look forward to applying my skills to help and benefit my clients.”

Tim Addinell said: “As a result of Clare’s success all solicitors within the Private Client team at Greenwoods are now either fully qualified STEP members or are studying to achieve this important qualification. As a result, clients can be confident they are receiving the best advice from lawyers who are experts when it comes to estate planning matters.”
