nCipher's parent company, Entrust Datacard, is now Entrust. And with this change, nCipher will transition to the Entrust brand as of November 30, 2020.
nCipher is now Entrust
With this new brand, nCipher customers and partners will see a new name, with a new logo, website and email addresses.
The company says: "While our brand is changing, our legal entities will remain the same, and there is no change in ownership or control. All quotes, orders, contracts and other agreements will remain with our current legal entities, nCipher Security LLC, nCipher Security Limited or nCipher Security (Hong Kong) Limited, and all applicable terms and conditions remain unchanged.
"As Entrust, we will continue to deliver the same high level of service and quality around our solutions and services as we always have, for over 20 years. We are more committed than ever to earning your trust, and our quality of support, delivery and innovation for the nShield product line will not be affected.
"Discover the new Entrust brand: new logo, visual identity, website, and how we describe our products. What remains the same is our continued focus on innovation, security, and – most importantly – our dedication to enabling a world of trust."
Entrust is a global leader in trusted identity, payments and data protection, and acquired nCipher Security in June 2019. In Cambridge, we develop the world-leading nShield hardware security modules (HSMs), empowering security conscious organisations by delivering trust, integrity and control to their business critical information and applications.
