Andrew has worked extensively in hotels across America and Europe, with responsibilities ranging from hands-on pool cleaning to implementing the pricing strategy and managing reservations for a 350-bedroom Hilton Resort.
Andrew brought the experience he gained overseas back to England, where he continued to work in hotels – firstly in sales, then in operations and then both at the same time. His experience organising events including weddings, banquets and conferences has provided him with an excellent understanding of what clients need from a venue, and Andrew will use this insight to ensure events at the Granta Centre exceed customers’ expectations.
