Following a recent rebranding exercise, and the launch of a new website, The Institute of Fundraising (IoF) capped off the highly successful marketing project by taking the top honour in the ‘Website of the Year’ category at this year’s MemCom Awards – a website developed, integrated and launched by membership and not-for-profit online communications experts netXtra.
Since its launch in January this year, the new website - www.institute-of-fundraising.org.uk - has become a fundraising hub that provides insight, research, resources and best practice guidelines to support fundraisers or those who have fundraising responsibilities.
The panel of MemCom judges, all recognised experts in the membership sector, unanimously agreed that, with a 206% increase in page views and threefold rise in Twitter followers, the IoF website was an “excellent submission”. Integrated with their IRIS Integra CRM database and offering a self-serve element, the judges went on to say “As well as a very good looking site they have achieved outstanding results in a short space of time.”
