New online workshop: How to make your customer offer more Coronavirus resilient

This week, Customer Faithful and Level7 are launching Coronavirus Design Thinking workshops - an online programme, custom-built to specifically tackle the COVID-19 challenge of finding ways to adapt your customer offer in these uncertain times and beyond.

This service is offered on a first-come, first-served basis so be quick and contact  info@customerfaithful.com.

The coronavirus pandemic is already changing how companies large and small do business.

It will require us to adapt to new situations, Government requirements, customer fears, and much more beyond.

Overcoming the coronavirus challenge demands a company-wide, honest conversation about how to respond. It will demand ‘outside-the-box’ thinking, a solid process for developing new ways to work, getting trust and commitment from everyone in the team to take action.

Many small and medium size businesses have the advantage of being nimble and able to make decisions quickly. But they also often lack the skills and expertise within their company to thoroughly assess problems, innovate around them and bind teams together.

That’s why Customer Faithful and Level7 have put together an online version of their Design Sprint workshop - custom-built to tackle this Coronavirus challenge of finding ways to adapt your customer offer in these uncertain times and beyond.

The workshop programme will run for three days, spread across three weeks.

We are offering this service on a first-come, first-served basis for an initial five businesses. So be quick and contact us at info@customerfaithful.com.
