Woodfines Solicitors’ office on Clarendon Road in Cambridge has today welcomed a new Partner. Clare Pilsworth joins the firm’s Family Law team, bringing with her over 20 years of experience of legal matters relating to matrimonial and family issues.
Clare will be working alongside Woodfines’ current family law team, including the highly reputed Jackie Jessiman, in order to provide advice and support to clients across Cambridge on all aspects of family law; including divorce and separation, financial issues, children, nuptial agreements and cohabitation cases. She is collaboratively trained and an experienced mediator, who is experienced in dealing with the financial issues involved in separations and divorce cases where business partnerships are involved.
She is also a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation, which recognises those with the highest levels of knowledge, skill and experience in the area of family law.
Clare prides herself on having an empathetic ear and achieving results for her clients which provide peace of mind or long-tem security. This includes for those where financial support is needed after divorce for children with special educational needs, the division of business assets after separation, and other such complex and often sensitive needs.
