New real estate lawyer joins Penningtons Manches in Cambridge

Lawyer Emma Spencer has joined the real estate team in the Cambridge office of Penningtons Manches LLP from a Home Counties law firm. Emma’s appointment follows that of real estate partner, Sarah Coates, who joined in September 2015 to establish the firm’s Cambridge commercial and residential property offering.
