Jennie Watson joins the Cambridge based company as Business Development Manager, and Dan Logan is the latest addition to the production team as a content producer and editor.
Jennie has a vast amount of experience in media sales and the delivery of complete media campaigns. She joins Somersault from web design agency Marketing Interactive, where she was a senior account manager.
Dan has varied experience in both broadcast and corporate video production and is particularly skilled in post production and colour grading. He joins Somersault from the Ideal Shopping channel, where he was responsible for post production.
This influx of new talent is the result of an excellent 2012 for the Cambridge based agency, who produce content and formulate video strategy for a number of national clients such as Tesco and David Lloyd Leisure. They also work with many locally based businesses and organisations including the University of Cambridge and Microsoft Research.
Somersault believes the key to its success has been its strategic, hands on agency approach to working with clients. The team works with clients to formulate a video content strategy and then recommends the best ways to optimise content, particularly for online audiences. As a result, they now manage YouTube channels for clients and have delivered in excess of 10 million views.
