Antoine is a Cambridge-based doctor in neuroscience who runs his own consulting business, Leapership Consultants. Recently however, he has ventured into the food truck arena.
The recent lockdowns and shortage of quality food options led him to design his food truck concept, The Street Bite. He has engaged chefs, brand developers and consultants to help transform his vision of what a fun food truck experience should be.
Antoine hopes The Street Bite brand will represent a ‘Newness of Taste, Quality of Ingredients and the Fun of the Experience’.
The project is now ready to launch. Antoine is offering a chance for someone with the same passion to acquire or manage this beautiful project. Lately, his work in consulting has substantially increased, and he has had less time to spend on the food truck business.
Antoine would like to offer the opportunity to franchise The Street Bite to a catering expert and enthusiast who has lost their job during the COVID crisis.
The candidate does not need to put any money in and will be offered a 50% partnership opportunity for operating the business.
