This week is Parkinson’s Awareness Week, and The PR Office are thrilled to be working with their client Charco Neurotech to help spread the word about the condition and what they are doing to help improve the lives of those living with it.
Charco’s non-invasive pebble-shaped medical device, the CUE1, helps improve motor performance and alleviate freezing of gait for people living with Parkinson’s.
Excitingly, the CUE1 has now been trialled in a hospital setting for the first time, as reported by BBC News: https://lnkd.in/e9d2vjhs
The company’s CEO and co-founder, Lucy Jung, also spoke to Jane Wakefield for UKTN’s podcast this week, in a conversation on how Charco’s technology has been spun out of the lab and onto the market. Lucy also shared her thoughts on striking the balance between innovation and regulation in the MedTech space.
