Girls at St Mary’s Junior School, Cambridge were thrilled to get top tips from two female authors during Book Week. Author Lou Kuenzler shared a range of great techniques for writing stories with each year group, and Pre-prep girls were also treated to a visit from author Charlotte Sebag-Montefiore, who read from her books of animal-themed poetry before helping the girls have a go at writing…
Chicago: Razzle Dazzle from start to finish!

Last week (23 January 2019), St Mary’s School, Cambridge officially opened its new boarding house rather significantly on ‘Mary Ward Day’ – the official birthday of founder Mary Ward. The beautiful three-storey development, which overlooks the Botanic Garden, provides an enhanced world-class school residence for up to 92 girls, with 50 bedrooms and three large communal spaces.
