Swiss Life REIM (France), on behalf of one of its dedicated funds, announces the disposal of the “Neuer Dovenhof” office building located in the very center of Hamburg, Germany, to the insurance company Zurich.

Located in the heart of the historic “Kontorhausviertel”, a prime business district of the second largest German city, the “Neuer Dovenhof” is a core-office complex holding approximately 22 000 sqm total lettable area offering high standards. The building is currently leased to 30 tenants including international companies such as Marsh, Hays, Velox and Verlagsgruppe Handelsblatt. The building also features retail space on the ground floor.
