Since becoming employee trust owned in 2016, Team Consulting has celebrated Employee Ownership (EO) Day every June. For its third EO Day, it is running a week of various staff-led activities promoting the EO ethos and celebrating the company's status.
Ping pong tournaments, bird watching sessions, and a host of other activities aim to get everyone together to celebrate shared successes – look out for regular updates on Twitter and LinkedIn.

Team is proud to be part of the growing number of EO businesses in the UK.
Dan, CEO, and Ana, Quality Engineer, reflect on what employee ownership means to them:
Dan: “For me, employee ownership is about sustaining a successful business over the long term. It is particularly well suited to professional services companies such as Team where employees are the business. Employee owners have a stake in the business which means they have both a voice and a responsibility. It is our responsibility to manage the business well on our watch and to pass on in great shape to future generations. We get to define “success” on our terms, where purpose, ethos and values are just as important as commercial performance.”
Ana: “Working for an EOT business has been an eye opener to me. It makes me feel that I have a say on the way business is taken forward and also a much higher stake on how we deliver. It is a fairer and more engaging way to support the business, and it is also fun!”
