Team Consulting to end the year exhibiting at MVIC, PDA, PODD and DDL

As the end of 2016 approaches, Team Consulting is looking forward to a number of exciting industry events, including MVIC Symposium, PDA, PODD and DDL.

As the end of 2016 nears, it is set to be busy for local medical device developers, Team Consulting. The company, based at offices in Ickleton, south of Cambridge, will be exhibiting at a number of industry conferences, covering all aspects of drug delivery devices and medical technology developments. Over 20 members of staff will be at these conferences around the world. Locations of the conferences include Edinburgh, UK; Lund, Sweden; and two in the US, in Boston, MA and in Huntington Beach, CA. The conferences coincide with the company's 30th birthday celebrations on November 11.

At the 5th Medicon Valley Inhalation Symposium, Team will be looking towards ‘future opportunities of inhalation’. At the symposium, Rob Fernall, one of the company's experienced Senior Human Factors Consultants, has been invited to deliver a presentation on the design, planning and implementation of human factors. Alongside Rob at the event will be Ben Wicks and Steven Fowler.

After MVIC, the Parenteral Drug Association will host the ‘Pre-Filled Syringes & Injection Devices’ conference in Huntington Beach, CA. One of Team’s co-founders, Andy Fry, will be in attendance with Head of Mechanical Engineering, Stephen Augustyn, and Director of Design, Paul Greenhalgh.

At the end of October, the company will be exhibiting at the 6th Annual Partnership Opportunities in Drug Delivery (PODD) event in Boston, MA, USA. Team’s Commercial Director, Andrew Pocock, will be in attendance with John Burke, a Senior Consultant and specialist in the design and project management of medical devices.

The company's final conference attendance of the year will be Drug Delivery to the Lungs. This event in Edinburgh is a conference which aims to bring the respiratory drug delivery industry together to help discuss and shape the future of nasal and pulmonary drug delivery. Julian Dixon, Team’s Director of Human Factors will be presenting at DDL on Wednesday 7th December, discussing human factors opportunities for inhalers.
