To complement its Grade II listed historic main building, work is almost complete in refurbishments in their third building on the site, a much newer barn building. This office space will create four new laboratories, dedicated secure project spaces, new meeting rooms and a large open-plan office.

Team Consulting, now with well over 100 permanent staff and associates, will soon be able to take advantage of the new facilities which will help further its work in the development of life-changing and world-leading medical devices. Team’s medical device development activity remains strongly focused in the drug delivery and MedTech sectors, for a growing, global client base.

Commenting on the investment, Team’s Facilities Manager, Martin Bond said: “The creation of new laboratories and office facilities is a very positive step in our overall plans for site development. The new facilities will provide more collaborative and flexible working spaces across the site, and will include state-of-the-art environmental controls in our project areas. This investment is reflective of Team’s progression in its industry, and will be beneficial to our employees and clients.”

Colin Mathews, COO commented: “We are excited to be nearing the completion of an additional 2,800 sq ft as the first phase of our expansion and site-wide refurbishment. This will give us additional project spaces with adjacent project labs, optics lab, HF study prep room and usability study viewing facility. Dedicated spaces enable collaborative working with our clients and suppliers, whilst maintaining individual project confidentiality.”
