Toby previously led Bailey Fisher’s Technology practice from 2012 – 2017, building leadership teams for disruptive technology companies in Cambridge and the UK market, before joining CUBE, a growing fintech company, to support the business across their talent and partnership strategy.

Toby will lead Bailey Fisher’s Technology Practice, working closely with Executive Chairman, Paul Bailey and Technology Director, John Bridger. Toby will focus on board and leadership roles for technology businesses from start ups to innovative corporates, with a particular emphasis on later stage scale up companies.
